What is the Parent Portal?

The Parent Portal App is your go-to tool for managing all things related to your and your child's classes at First Five Club. It offers a user-friendly platform where you can easily register for classes, check schedules, handle payments, and communicate with instructors and administrators—all in one convenient place.

To start using the Parent Portal App, simply download it from your app store:

- iPhone

- Android

Once the app is installed, launch it and log in to your account. If you have trouble logging in, double-check that you have the correct app; ensure you’re not trying to sign into the admin version.

Navigating the Parent Portal:

- Dashboard: After logging in, you'll be greeted by your dashboard, where you can view your child's upcoming lessons and important messages on the social feed—think of it as your personal noticeboard for class updates.

- Classes: In the "Classes" section, you can easily view all upcoming lessons for your child, helping you stay organized and informed. Use Pay As You Go for drop-in registrations.

- Billing: For any billing questions, head to the billing section to check your payment history and invoices at a glance.

- Notifications: Keep an eye on the notification tab for important account alerts, like reminders for unpaid invoices.

- Account: You can update your account and student information without needing to log into the web version, making it super convenient. Make sure to fill in your profile with all your information including address and birthdays!
