How do I register for a drop-in pass?

For Existing Customers:

Log in and easily book trial lessons for your students directly from your parent portal account.

1. Log in to the portal and click Classes from the top menu.
2. Click Lesson Trials. Any upcoming trials will be listed here.
3. Click Apply to new lesson trials.
4. Browse through the list of available classes and select the one you are interested in. You can use filters such as student age, venue, or season to refine your search. Alternatively, utilize the search bar for quicker navigation.
5. Upon clicking on a specific class, you'll see detailed information and the option to choose which student you want to add a trial for from the dropdown.
6. Choose your preferred day and time for the trial lesson.
7. On the next page, just fill in the mandatory fields. The customer and student details will auto-populate. And then click the Register button.
8. If it's a paid trial, you will be redirected to the payment page to complete the transaction. For free trials, this step can be skipped.
9. Upon successful payment (if applicable), you'll receive a confirmation email confirming your registration for the trial.
10. The day before the trial, you may receive an automated email reminder about your upcoming trial lesson (depending on the school's settings).
11. Finally, show up for the trial lesson and enjoy the experience!

7. You should get an automated reminder a day before the trial class.
8. Attend the trial lesson and see if the class is the right fit for you or your child! If you wish to register for the remainder of session notify [email protected], or follow the email prompt you will be sent post participation!
